2" X 12" Split Soil Organic Carbon Sampling Kit w/ Powered Hammer Options, Hex Quick Pin

This all-inclusive kit is designed to help you collect soil samples in full compliance with CEMA 221 standards. Depending on your available power source, you can choose between two adapter options—one for a gas-powered hammer and one for an SDS-Max combination rotary hammer drill—providing flexibility across sampling sites as you retrieve 2 in. diameter soil core samples in precise 12 in. increments:

• 0–12 in. (0–30 cm)
• 12–24 in. (30–60 cm)
• 24–36 in. (60–91 cm)
• 36–48 in. (91–121 cm)

To ensure clean, accurate sampling, you can use the included 2-3/4 in. regular auger to predrill boreholes or clear excess material between sampling intervals. Should your sampling project require different sizes, optional 2 in. X 6 in. or 2 in. X 18 in. split soil core sampler cup sets can be purchased separately.

Note: Achievable depth is dependent on soil conditions. Also, please ensure that any AMS equipment you plan on using together have a compatible connection type.
